PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide an organic EL panel capable of expressing arbitrary design without deteriorating appearance during non-emission.SOLUTION: An organic EL panel 10 includes an organic EL element formed on a support substrate 11, the organic EL element being formed by at least laminating organic light emitting layers 14b, 14c and an electron injection layer 14e between an anode 12 and a cathode 15. The electron injection layer is formed so as to express arbitrary design. The electron injection layer 14e is also formed to have a dot shape where dot size and/or dot density is partially different. |
