PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a technique that attains both a high-speed power-supply voltage transition function and a stable power-supply function.SOLUTION: A semiconductor integrated circuit includes: a logic circuit having a plurality of operating modes; a power-supply circuit generating a power-supply voltage supplied to the logic circuit; a power-supply line connecting the power-supply circuit and the logic circuit; and a charge control block retaining charges for controlling a voltage of the power-supply line. The power-supply circuit generates a first power-supply voltage (1 V) for causing the logic circuit to operate in an arithmetic mode and a second power-supply voltage (0.5 V) for causing the logic circuit to operate in a sleep mode. The charge control block includes a capacitor, a first switch provided between one terminal of the capacitor and the power-supply line, and a voltage supply section supplying the second power-supply voltage or a third power-supply voltage (0 V) lower than the second power-supply voltage to the other terminal of the capacitor. |
