PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To reduce sliding sound during steering rotation while ensuring the strength, in a rotary connector device.SOLUTION: In a rotary connector device where a flat cable 3 is housed while being wound in an annular space between a rotating rotor 5 and a fixed stator, the rotor 5 is formed by stacking a rotor body 6 made of PBT resin and a rotor cover 15 made of polyacetal resin and facing the annular space, thus reducing the sliding noise of the flat cable 3 and the rotor 5 while ensuring the strength. An aperture 72 is formed in the rotor cover 15 so as to pull out the flat cable 3 from the rotor body 6, and a recess 70 is formed in a disc part 16 so as to enhance work efficiency when assembling the rotor cover 15 onto the rotor body 6. |
