PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To inhibit deterioration of image quality.SOLUTION: A printing device includes: a plurality of heads discharging electromagnetic wave curing type ink, which cures upon irradiation of an electromagnetic wave, to a medium; a movement mechanism moving relatively the medium and the plurality of heads in predetermined directions; a plurality of irradiators provided at least for every head, which discharges the electromagnetic wave curing type ink of a different color, on a downstream side in the predetermined direction and emitting the electromagnetic wave to the electromagnetic wave curing type ink discharged from the heads; and a control section, when the electromagnetic wave curing type ink is discharged to a certain unit area before the electromagnetic wave curing type ink of a certain color is discharged to the certain unit area set on the medium, determining a discharging amount of the electromagnetic wave curing type ink of the certain color to the certain unit area based on an irradiation number, by which the electromagnetic wave curing type ink discharged just before the electromagnetic wave curing type ink of the certain color is discharged to the certain unit area is irradiated with the electromagnetic wave before the electromagnetic wave curing type ink of the certain color is discharged to the certain unit area. |
