PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a method of manufacturing a flexible printed substrate that is suitable for high-precision and high-frequency usage which uses a liquid crystal polymer (LCP) for base material.SOLUTION: The flexible printed substrate that improves adhesiveness with polymer film and metal film is manufactured, by forming electric plating of 1 μm or more to 30 μm or less, after subjecting degreasing treatment to a resin film comprising the liquid crystal polymer (LCP), and depositing conductive metal as an evaporation source on a LCP film so that film thickness of the metal thin film is 1 μm or less. |
