PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To contribute the improvement of an operation skills of a driver by giving a degree of freedom to reflect intention of the driver, in determination of a backward movement start line.SOLUTION: A reference point P where a center line S of a target parking frame W intersects an orthogonal line L crossing the center line S at a right angle and set on an axle (or a position anterior to the axle) of a front side wheel of a parking vehicle assumed in the target parking frame W, is set, straight lines A, A' are respectively set in both sides of the center line in 45° directions with the reference point P as a center, arcs B1, B1', B2, B2', B3, B3' passing through the reference point P around a point on the orthogonal line L as a center are set, intersection points C1, C1', C2, C32, C3, C3' at which each arc crosses the straight lines A, A' are set, and an arc R1 passing through both intersection points C1, C1' and having a radius r1, an arc R2 passing through both intersection points C2, C2' and having a radius r2 and an arc R3 passing through both intersection points C3, C3' and having a radius r3, are respective set between the straight lines A, A' and displayed. These processes are performed by an image processing unit. |
