Provided is a resin mixture fabrication method, with which it is possible to increase an extrusion volume of a material, and it is possible to suppress bend-up at an aperture part while alleviating discharge of an unmelted material in the aperture part. In a resin mixture fabrication method, a material including an additive (a) and a thermoplastic resin (b) is mixed using a two-axle extrusion device, the two-axle extrusion device comprising a supply port, a discharge port, an aperture part which is present between the supply port and the discharge port, a mixing part (A) which is present between the supply port and the aperture, and a mixing part (B) which is present between the aperture and the discharge port. A proportion (L1) of the length (La) of the mixing part (A) to a screw diameter (D) (La/D) satisfies the condition L1>=3, the material is mixed in the mixing part (A) without being completely filled therein, and the material is mixed in the mixing part (B). |
