Provided in an embodiment of the present invention are an aerial system and device, the base station aerial system comprising an aerial, at least one RAM, at least one external read-write device and at least one remote control unit (RCU); the aerial comprises at least one phase shifter used to adjust the electrical down tilt of the aerial under the control of the RCU; the RAM is used to store the configuration data of the aerial; the external read-write device is used to acquire the configuration data from the RAM; and the RCU is used to control the external read-write device to acquire the configuration data, upload the configuration data, and control the phase shifter to adjust the electrical down tilt of the aerial according to the configuration data. In the embodiment of the present invention, the external read-write device can easily invoke the configuration data to configure the RCU, thus achieving the adjustment for the electrical down tilt of the aerial.
