The device has multi-angled supporting plates (2) on which photovoltaic panels (3) are fastened, for receiving lines and fittings. A central region of supporting plates is provided with a portion for attaching to upper surface of the wall (1). Specific portions of the central region are obliquely projected along predetermined directions. The portions of the central region are arranged in a common plane. One portion of the central region at the supporting plates is provided at an angle of 20-60[deg] , in which the photovoltaic collectors are attached.
