PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To solve the problems for carrying out an operation for taking out a remaining fertilizer by a simple construction without requiring a lifting and lowering mechanism such as a dumper in a riding-type seedling transplanter equipped with a fertilizer hopper and a quantitative sending-out device at the rear side of a riding seat. SOLUTION: The riding-type seedling transplanter is constituted by installing the fertilizer hopper 60 and the sending-out device 57 in the rear side of a seat for riding, constituting a rear wall plate 54 covering the rear side of a machine frame 49 of the sending-out device 57 so as to be openable to the rear and lower direction by a lower-side by a lower-side pivot shaft 53, and forming a space part 120 for receiving the fertilizer tumbling down from the upper side of a rear wall plate 54 opened in the rear and lower direction at the lower side of the rear wall plate 54 opened in the rear and lower direction.
