The pan or saucepan has a metal base which is completely or partially covered with a nonstick coating. The nonstick coating contains a fluorocarbon resin of polytetrafluoroethylene, copolymer of tetrafluoroethylene and perfluoropropylvinylether or copolymer of tetrafluoroethylene and hexafluoropropylene and fillers. Certain mass percentage of the nonstick coating consist of stone dust with a grain size of 3-7 microns. The stone dust is a ground gravel or silica. An independent claim is included for a method for manufacturing a nonstick coating of pan or saucepan.
