The device has a bucket wheel (14) rotatably mounted for separating and distributing granular seeds. A grain guide pipe (8) is directly attached at an outlet opening of a seed house (5). The grain guide pipe receives seed grains, which are conveyed by the bucket wheel to the outlet opening, and sealingly releases the seed grains over a seed furrow for filling. An alignment of a lower inner wall of the grain guide pipe forms a tangent line to the bucket wheel. A conical grain supply receives the seed grains, which are conveyed from a two-row bucket wheel to the outlet opening.
