PURPOSE: A blanking line is provided to buffer a cut plate material by a buffer unit and then to convey the cut plate material onto a lower conveyor, thereby preventing the lower conveyor from being damaged due to the cut plate material. CONSTITUTION: A blanking line comprises an upper roller and a lower roller(11 and 12), a cutting press(20), a lower conveyor(30), and a buffer unit(40). The upper lower and the lower roller convey the plate material in one direction by rotating with a steel plate material(A) which is inserted between the upper roller and the lower roller. The cutting press cuts the plate material conveyed by the upper roller and the lower roller. The lower conveyor conveys the plate material, which is cut by the cutting press and is located on the lower conveyor, in one direction. The buffer unit is installed to be movable into the lower conveyor and buffers the plate material falling from the cutting press onto the lower conveyor. |
