PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a coated film which has excellent antistatic property and transparency and is also excellent in the appearance of the coated layer. SOLUTION: This polyester film is obtained by applying one side of a polyester film with a coating liquid containing a component (A) an electroconducting compound and a component (B) one or more compounds selected from (b1) glycerol, (b2) polyglycerol, and (b3) an alkylene oxide adduct to glycerol or polyglycerol or its derivatives.
