Measuring device with a pressure sensor

The device has a pressure sensor whose measuring cell (1) is arranged in or adjacent to a protective cell (2), which is filled with measuring fluid (7). The measuring cell detects pressure of the measuring fluid. A damping device is arranged in the protective cell between the membrane and the measuring cell. A narrowing structure (4) and a volume extension unit (5) are arranged behind the damping device. The extension unit increases a volume between the structure and the measuring cell in an event of increase in pressure in the measuring fluid. The narrowing structure is formed by an open-pore porous structure and a metal froth. The measuring fluid is silicone oil, mineral oil or water. The pressure sensor is designed as a differential pressure sensor. The protective cell is designed as a vacuum cell. The measuring cell is designed as a silicone measuring cell. An independent claim is also included for a filter arrangement for filtering fluid.
