The magnetic tool (1) has magnetic unit that is provided with spring element e.g. helical spring (7). The rotor is rotated in predetermined depth and predefined high position under the influence of gravity in coil in generator mode to induce and/or discharge electric energy. The rotor is rotated in predetermined depth and predefined high position under the influence induced by inductor electromagnetic force in motor mode. The spring element is moved from clamping state to relaxed state and vice versa to accelerate the magnetic tool. An independent claim is included for generator and/or motor unit of energy storage power station.
