PURPOSE: A manufacturing method of a fuel additive for oil treatment is provided to reduce engine noise of a machinery device having a fuel as energy source and to reduce exhaust gas or smoke generated by combustion of fuel. CONSTITUTION: A manufacturing method of a fuel additive for oil treatment is as follows. A liquid raw material and a residual sold material produced by compressing 80 wt% of duckweed and 20 wt% of giant duckweed are obtained (S10).
