PURPOSE: A heterocyclic derivative having nitrogen and an organic electronic device using the same are provided to improve the efficiency and stability of the organic solar cell and organic electronic device. CONSTITUTION: A heterocyclic derivative having nitrogen includes at least two of a structure which is represented by chemical formula 1 or a structure of the chemical formula 1. An organic electronic device includes a first electrode, a second electrode, and at least one organic layer arranged between the first and second electrode. At least one of the organic layer contains the heterocyclic derivative having nitrogen. The electronic device is the organic solar cell, an organic light emitting device, an organic photoreceptor, or an organic transistor.
