PURPOSE: Equipment for forming disposable vinyl gloves and a method thereof are provided to make the surface of disposable vinyl gloves in contact with the skin of a user who puts on the gloves breathable, thereby preventing the inside of the gloves from getting damp and preventing the user from feeling inconvenient while putting on the gloves. CONSTITUTION: Equipment (1) for forming disposable vinyl gloves includes an imprinting forming roller unit (20), a support roller (21) and an imprinting roller (22). The imprinting forming roller unit is arranged between an extrusion molding unit (10) and a glove molding unit (50). The diameter surface of the support roller is flat. The diameter surface of the imprinting roller is in close contact with the support roller. The surface of the imprinting roller has imprinting protrusions. The imprinting roller is formed so that imprinting patterns are formed on the rear side of a film paper (100). The imprinting patterns are formed so that an imprinting protrusion unit and an imprinting protrusion groove can be alternate. The imprinting roller includes a hot roller which has an electronic heater or a thermal oil pipe inside. |
