PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a needle punch carpet preventing easy deforming when being used planarly and having an improved dimensional stability. SOLUTION: The method for manufacturing the needle punch carpet includes superposing a non-woven web A formed of binder fiber, on one face of a woven fabric formed of synthesis resin flat yarn, superposing non-woven web B on the other face of the fabric, wherein the nonwoven web B made of binder fiber whose binder components are the same as the binder components of the binder fiber constituting the non-woven web A, and a main fiber, executing a needle punch process from the side of the non-woven web B to form multiple loops of the fiber constituting the non-woven web B, on the surface of the side of the non-woven web A and melting or softening the binder components by heat treatment.
