The unit establishes a telephone connection (24) from a telephone (22) of an employee (21) with a telephone service provider (10) via a telephone network (2) when the connection does not exist. The unit transmits individual identification information i.e. identifier, which is transmitted before by the provider, from the telephone back to the provider via the connection. The unit receives the transmitted information during association of the telephone connection with the employee to a data connection (27) with the employee based on the transmitted information by the provider. An independent claim is also included for a computer program product comprising instructions for executing a computer program according to implementations in a data processing unit. |
