The arrangement (1) has clasp elements (5) for fastening a heat transfer device (4) at a photovoltaic module (2). The heat transfer device comprises a pipe device, which is attached on a carrier element. The pipe device is provided in contact with a heat transfer element, which is arranged on the carrier element and completely encloses the pipe device. The heat transfer element comprises a heat transfer layer whose surface is formed as a mating surface (9) of the heat transfer device for contacting with the photovoltaic module in a heat transferring manner. The heat transfer element is made of heat conducting material such as expanded graphite material. The carrier element is made of hard aerated plastic material.
