PURPOSE: A method for manufacturing planetary gears for an automatic transmission is provided to improve cementitious properties and rigidity without a change of material properties of a joined part by sinter-brazing parts without laser welding. CONSTITUTION: A method for manufacturing planetary gears for an automatic transmission is as follows. Powdered metal is pressed so that a plate(310) and first and second spiders(320,330) are molded. The plate and the first and second spiders are stacked successively and brazing slug and are inserted into gaps between the plate and first spider and between first and second spiders. Copper slugs are placed on an upper surface of the first spider and an upper surface of the plate, heated in a sintering furnace, and Cu infiltrated and joined. |
