A rotating wheel used for a movable object is provided to improve the durability of a wheel by allowing a strut to support the load instead of the wheel when the movable object is in a stop state. A rotating wheel comprises a wheel(2) which is eccentrically installed in a wheel installation member(1). A movable object holding member(3) is coupled with the wheel installation member through a shaft(21). A ball bearing device is interposed between the wheel installation member and the movable object holding member. A cylinder section(31) is formed in the movable object holding member. A strut(4) is installed at an outer circumferential surface of the cylinder section. An adjustment device for adjusting the installation height of the strut is placed between the cylinder section and the strut. |
