<p><P>PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a method for efficient melt spinning of a thermoplastic fiber by using a melt spinneret that has a small Uster unevenness of each yarn group by uniformly cooling each single filament and enables multi-yarn taking off with one spinneret in producing a thermoplastic fiber by a melt spinning method and a method for producing the same. <P>SOLUTION: A yarn group of total 2-8 yarn is produced by melt-spinning by using a production apparatus of a thermoplastic fiber, which has a spinneret in which a plurality of discharge inlet holes are arranged, the intervals and arrangements in the radial direction of the inlet holes are controlled and the existence areas of the discharge inlet holes are provided and a ring-shaped cooling device that blows out cooling air from the outer peripheral side of a discharge yarn group in a ring shape to the center of the discharge yarn group and is installed immediately under the spinneret. <P>COPYRIGHT: (C)2009,JPO&amp;INPIT</p> |
