A breaker-phase-control switching system according to one embodiment includes a merging unit (21) for transmitting waveform data of an electric quantity added with time information, a superordinate unit (22) for transmitting a close command or an open command for a circuit-breaker (31), and a circuit-breaker control unit (1) for electrically conducting a close coil (33) or a trip coil (34) of the circuit-breaker. The circuit-breaker control unit (1) includes a waveform-zero-point-calculation processing unit (7) for calculating a current phase, based on absolute time kept by an internal clock and waveform data, and a predicted-breaker-operating-time-calculation processing unit (8) for predicting a predicted operating time. Further, a command-output-timing-determination processing unit (9) is included which determines a timing for electrically conducting a coil from the absolute time, a preset target phase, a current phase, and a predicted operating time. |
