PURPOSE: A cooking grill having a height control part is provided to discharge oil, gravy, and water from food roasted or fried on the same through a flow part without spillage to every side thereof. CONSTITUTION: A cooking grill includes a plate-shaped grill (10), a flow part (20), a discharge part (25), and a height control part (30). The grill is formed with one of metal, stone, carbon, or ceramic. Oil or liquid flows through the flow part at the upper edge of the grill. The oil or liquid flowing through the flow part is discharged to outside the grill through the discharge part at the outer sides of the flow part and the grill. The height control part is rotatable and controls a height thereof, and is formed at both sides of one side of the grill. The height control part is fit into rotation grooves at the both sides. The groove has a predetermined depth. |
