PURPOSE: A centralized scheduling method and a device thereof are provided to maximize the throughput of a heterogeneous network by minimizing interference between the cells in the heterogeneous network in which the coverage expansion technology of a small base station. CONSTITUTION: A communication unit connects one or more base stations. A control unit collects channel information between a terminal and the base station connected to the communication unit (406).
