A wall mounted boxing machine comprising a frame 5, a main support bar, secondary support bars 3,8 a chamber 4 attached to the main bar to hold a rod 2 an insert in the chamber to reduce noise and vibration, a rotating bar 1 with two targets positioned at either end having the ability to move up and down the rod, if the rod is threaded or remain in position if the rod is not and lock nuts to stop the rod from rotating in the chamber.Optionally the rotating bar has double sided targets giving two targets at each end and are covered with padding. |
