PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To authenticate a request terminal when using a service, without reducing advantages in network service where a user uses the service without being aware of the location of a sever, and a link relation between the services can be flexibly changed. SOLUTION: The request terminal generates a request sentence indicating a service request content to the server, generates an electronic signature by encrypting the request sentence using a secret key corresponding to an ID for identifying the terminal in an ID base encryption, and transmits a service request including the request sentence and the electronic signature to the server. The server verifies the electronic signature included in the received service request, by decoding processing, using, as a decoding key, the ID for identifying the request terminal in the ID base encryption, generates authentication information that the request terminal has been authenticated, when determining that the electronic signature is encrypted by the secret key corresponding to the ID, and transmits the result in response to the service request, to the request terminal, when the authentication information is generated.
