摘要 The method involves producing the reducing gas by introducing a process gas with reducing potential into a heating device for heating the process gas. A coke oven gas with fuel gas is combusted with the addition of commercially pure oxygen to generate the heat energy. The heat energy is transferred to the process gas in the heating device (3) by mixing the process gas with the combustion products formed during the combustion of the fuel gas. The adiabatic flame temperature during the combustion is set greater than 1000[deg] C, 1300[deg] C and 1500[deg] C. The method involves supplying process gas from a carbon dioxide separator (8). The process gas is preheated by indirect heat exchange before introducing into the heating device, at a temperature greater than 300[deg] C, 400[deg] C and 600[deg] C. The fuel gas and/or technical grade oxygen is preheated by indirect heat exchange before combustion of the fuel gas in the heating device. The reducing gas is received from the heating device, at a temperature greater than 750[deg] C, 830[deg] C and 850[deg] C. The coke is cleaned before combustion operation in the heating device. The reducing gas removed in the reduction of iron oxide materials, is used in the reduction unit as the top gas, to preheat the portion of the process gas and to mix with the residual gas of separator for forming a gas mixture. The reducing gas from the heating device is combusted with pure oxygen and/or fuel gas before feeding into the reduction unit. An independent claim is included for apparatus for reducing iron oxide raw material, has a top gas discharge line (2) for discharging the top gas from a reduction unit (1). The heating device heats a process gas with a reducing gas duct (4) in the reduction unit. A fuel gas supply line (5) supplies the fuel gas, and an oxygen supply line (6) supplies the pure oxygen. A process gas supply line (7) supplies a subset of a process gas. The fuel gas supply line connects to a coke production plant (10) and storage plant (19) for storing coke oven e.g. gasometer spring. The carbon dioxide separator separates the carbon dioxide from a feed gas supplied through a feed gas line (20). Another process gas supply line supplies another portion of the process gas. A preheating unit in the process gas supply line, preheats a portion of the process gas. A cleaning unit in the fuel gas supply line and another process gas supply line, purifies the gases. A top gas supply line supplies a portion of the top gas, and a residual gas feed line supplies the residual gas from carbon dioxide separator to preheating unit. A gas mixture supply line supplies a gas mixture from the partial amount of top gas and residual gas. An influencing unit of the reducing gas duct influences the temperature and/or the chemical composition of the reducing gas.
