<p>#CMT# #/CMT# The vibrator has a phase shifter (7) including a tubular central drive shaft (6) i.e. driving shaft, and a tubular drive shaft (9) i.e. driven shaft, that are coupled together by a connection unit, for assuring synchronous transmission of rotational movement of the shafts with respect to one another. The unit has a drive unit that drives the shafts to generate a controllable phase displacement between the shafts. A tubular transmission piece (8) is rotatably integrated to the driven shaft such that the piece assures derivation of constraints exerted at a level of pinions (P3, P4). #CMT#USE : #/CMT# Variable moment vibrator for use in a case for driving objects e.g. piles or pile planks into ground, during construction of a building. #CMT#ADVANTAGE : #/CMT# The phase shifter is configured such that an external flange is disassembled for accessing the drive shafts, thus optimizing the maintenance of the vibrator, while permitting the disintegration of the drive shafts from the vibrator without disassembling the pinions and bearings.
