PURPOSE: A modified conjugated diene polymer is provided to have excellent compatibility with inorganic filler, heating performance, tensile strength, abrasion resistance, and wet surface resistance. CONSTITUTION: A conjugated diene-based polymer is a polymer represented by chemical formula 1. In chemical formula 1, R1 is an alkyl group or an alkylsilyl group; R2 is an alkyl group or an alkylsilyl group; each of R3 and R4 is an alkyl group; a is an integer from 1-3; l and k is an integer from 0-2; m is an integer from 1-3; l+k+m is 3; p is a conjugated diene-based polymer chain; b is an integer from 1-3; if k is 2, two R1 being coupled to nitrogen are the same or different from each other; and if l and m are 2 or more, groups corresponding to that are the same or different from each other.
