PURPOSE: A paint composition is provided to improve adhesion and durability while reinforcing heat shielding and heat-blocking performance and to improve the stability when spread on the inner or outer wall of a building, by having excellent flame retardancy. CONSTITUTION: A flame retardant and heat insulating paint composition comprises 35-37 wt% of a silicone acrylic resin, 19-20 wt% of a titanium dioxide, 22-24 wt% of a talc, 10-15 wt% of a vacuum ceramic powder, 2-5 wt% of a porous titanium aerogel, 0.05-0.1 wt% of a foaming agent, 0.1-0.5 wt% of a dispersant, 0.05-0.2 wt% of an antifoaming agent, 1-2 wt% of a tackifier, and residual water. The paint composition includes 2-5 parts by weight of polyvinyl alcohol and 0.3-0.7 parts by weight of a bauxite clinker powder per 100.0 parts by weight of the paint composition. |
