LED module with highly reflective support

The module (1) has a metallic layer (4) such as silver layer or pure aluminum layer applied on a carrier (3) that is provided with a high reflection degree. An oxide layer is provided over the metallic layer. A paint layer (5) is provided over the metallic layer and the oxide layer based on requirements. A LED chip (2) is provided on the metallic layer, the oxide layer or the paint layer. The metallic layer partially consists of a bondable surface, which is supplementary protected against change in a non-bondable surface by oxides or organic layer. An independent claim is also included for a spotlight or retrofit LED lamp.
