<p>Nozzle (1) for casting an edible sealing material made of a fatty substance, preferably a chocolate, using a casting machine for producing a closure for a hollow-body like edible product, comprises either: an outlet with many, preferably six, annularly- and concentrically arranged individual apertures around an axis (2) present in a discharge direction (3), and at least one centrally arranged further outlet opening (4); or an outlet in the form of at least one annular gap. Independent claims are also included for: (1) a casting machine for producing a closure for a hollow-body-like edible product, preferably a filled edible product, comprising at least one first nozzle, at least one second nozzle having an outlet with at least one outlet opening, and a moving device for moving the nozzle and/or for moving a hollow body-like holder for holding at least one hollow body, where the moving device causes a circular motion of the nozzle outlet and/or the hollow body-like holder to at least one axis in the discharge direction; (2) a casting plant for producing ready-to-eat filled-hollow body-like edible product, comprising a device for producing a hollow body with a hollow body opening, a first casting machine for dosing the filling into the hollow body via the hollow body opening, and a second casting machine for applying a closure to the hollow body opening to close the filled hollow bodies; (3) applying the closure or a protective layer on the hollow body opening of an edible product, preferably a filled edible product, to close the filled hollow body, comprising (a) providing a ready-to-eat hollow body with a hollow body opening, and (b) casting the edible sealing material on an edge of the hollow body opening, and not inside the hollow body opening, using the casting machine; (4) producing a filled edible product, preferably a shell-like feedstuff from at least two different composition, of which the first composition forms an edible tube or shell material and the second composition forms an edible filling product, comprising producing a hollow body having a hollow body opening, dosing a filling material containing solid ingredients into the hollow body via the hollow body opening, and applying a cover or a protective layer on the hollow body opening; and (5) modifying a casting machine for producing a closure for a hollow-body-like edible product or a casting plant for producing ready-to-eat filled hollow bodies, comprising removing at least one existing nozzle for molding the closure, and mounting at least one nozzle.</p> |
