A breast feeding reminder bra strap clasp 1 comprises two hooks 2. Each hook preferably bears a number for use in a method for reminding a mother which breast to feed her baby from next. A clasp may be permanently fixed to each strap 5 of a nursing bra. An eye fitting 3 may be permanently fixed to each breast cup 6 of the bra. The numbers (7, figure 3) are preferably raised onto the hooks. A disclosed method of use comprises the steps of releasing the eye from the hook numbered 1, feeding the baby, observing which hook the eye of the opposite side of the bra is attached to, replacing the eye on the feeding side on the hook bearing the higher consecutive number, and selecting the side for the next feed by selecting the lowest number hook to which an eye is attached.
