An adjustable prosthetic implant for controlling at least one of a shape and size of an anatomical structure or lumen, comprising:a ring shaped member (1200, 1210, 1220, 1230) having an elongated opening extending at least partially therethrough; a first draw string (1202) extending within the opening and having an end extending outwardly of the opening for engagement therewith; a second draw string (1203) extending within the opening and having an end extending outwardly of the opening for engagement therewith; a first plurality of shaping members (1201, 1211, 1221, 1231) disposed within the elongated opening of the ring shaped member; and whereby tensioning of the first and second draw string by engagement of their ends changes at least one of a shape and size of the ring shaped member.
