The gate has a rigid structure comprising a parallel main surface (12) parallel to another main surface, and a rolling device (4) located on a lower surface (10). The lower surface has an access cavity (3) opened towards the bottom on a portion of the lower surface. The cavity has dimensions compatible with a human access in the cavity. The lower surface is provided at a certain length between a front end surface (13) and a rear end surface. An access passage extends from an upper surface to the cavity for accessing the cavity. An independent claim is also included for a sluice comprising a sluice masonry.
