<p><P>PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To authenticate a caller while protecting information on a recipient. <P>SOLUTION: A voiceprint data creation part 103 creates authenticated voiceprint data of voice from the voice of a caller received by a receiving part 102 during speech.
