摘要 <p><P>PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To obtain a heating cooker able to prevent spoiling of the result of a dish in cooking that requires high temperature, such as a stir-fry dish and able to avoid the danger of ignition in cooking that may involve the danger of ignition, as in oil cooking. <P>SOLUTION: The heating cooker comprises: a heating coil 10 for heating stuff 7 to be heated; an operation part 3 for inputting a heating command; an infrared sensor 8 for detecting infrared ray emitted from the stuff 7; a temperature detecting means 11 for detecting the temperature of the stuff 7 from the value detected by the infrared sensor 8; and a control section 12 configured to control the heating power of the heating coil 10 based on the heating command and stop the drive of the heating coil 10 or decrease the heating power of the heating coil 10 by a predetermined amount when the temperature of the stuff 7 exceeds a control temperature.
