PURPOSE: A securities trading method and a device thereof place or cancel a disposal limitation on certain securities by setting a security right or applying another contracts with an enterprise's consent; allow an owner of securities with a disposal limitation to dispose his security holdings by striking a disposal limitation management agreement; and increase the liquidity and reliability of the securities by imposing certain limitations. CONSTITUTION: A selling order from a customer or an administrator for certain securities is received (310).
