PURPOSE: A charging roller for an electrophotographic image forming device and a manufacturing method thereof are provided to prevent a scratch on an exposure medium caused by the charging roller. CONSTITUTION: A conductive foaming layer(130) is formed on a circumference surface of a shaft(110). A conductive tube(150) is included in a circumference surface of the conductive foaming layer. The conductive tube is adhered to the conductive foaming layer by the foaming pressure and viscosity of the conductive foaming layer. The conductive tube includes nylon and ion-conductive resin. Both ends of the conductive tube are formed in a longitudinal direction of the shaft. |
