PURPOSE: A catalyst electrode is provided to form an optimum material-transfer path through an electro-spraying process and/or inkjet printing process, and to make the control of a 3-dimensionla structure is possible, thereby being capable of obtaining a membrane-electrode assembly in manufacturing the catalytic electrode of a membrane-electrode assembly. CONSTITUTION: A catalyst electrode comprised in a membrane-electrode assembly for a polymer electrolyte fuel cell comprises an electro-spraying layer. The electro-spraying layer is formed by laminating an ink for electro-spraying through an electro-spraying process in which the ink for electro spraying with charges by an electric field is disperse-sprayed by droplets for electro-spraying. The electro-spraying process sets an electro-spraying material transport mode according to the control of electro-spraying process variables. The electro-spraying material transport variables are a speed supplying the ink for electro-spraying and an applied voltage forming the electric field.
