PURPOSE: An organic light emitting display device and a manufacturing method thereof are provided to improve light extraction efficiency by using surface plasmon resonance. CONSTITUTION: A first electrode (170) is arranged on a substrate. A light emitting structure is arranged on the first electrode. A second electrode (220) is arranged on the light emitting structure. A nanostructure (110) is arranged on the second electrode. The nanostructure generates the surface plasmon resonance of light.
