<p>Provided is a new prophylactic and/or therapeutic agent for lymphedema, for which until now there has been no effective means of treatment, and the prophylactic and/or therapeutic agent for lymphedema comprises, as an active ingredient, a compound represented by the following formula (1), a lactone derivative thereof, or a salt of the compound or lactone derivative:
wherein R 1 represents an organic group, X represents -CH 2 CH 2 - or -CH=CH-, and R 2 represents a hydrogen atom or an alkyl group.</p> |
