The cuff (200) has heating modules (300 9,9) elastically and movably connected with one another in a circumferential direction (206) by an articulated link such that the cuff is fastenable along a peripheral part of a heat shrink sleeve in a elastically biased manner, and the heat shrink sleeve is radially contractible during a shrinking process. The heating modules are arranged next to each other along an axial direction (207) or orthogonal to the circumferential direction. Module housings of the heating modules are arranged next to each other in the circumferential direction. An independent claim is also included for a heating device.
