<p>A gun 1 for use with cable clips 10 having a magazine 4, a driver 6A, and a delivery means there between. A projection 5A adjacent the driver 6A is suitable to extend into a recess Y of a work piece. Ideally the projection includes a cutout 5B to receive wire Z. The diver 6A may be a hammer. A row of clips may be integrally formed and remain frangibly joined until they are severed by the driver 6A. The force exerted on the clip by the driver could be variable. The driver may be electrically driven. The gun could include a metering means to regulate the clip spacing. Preferably the gun can accommodate different sizes of clips 10 and different sizes of wire Z.</p> |
