<p><P>PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a manufacturing method of a magnetic sensor capable of using simpler processes than before and reducing defects in manufacturing. <P>SOLUTION: The magnetic sensor manufacturing method includes steps of installing pin terminals 13 into pin terminal inserting through-holes 160 in a resin case 10 (S101); installing magnetoresistive elements 11 in a recessed element installation part 101 of the resin case 10 and disposing a lead frame 201 with lead terminals 12 arranged at the upper surface side 110 of the resin case 10 (S102 to S103); joining the lead terminals 12 and the pin terminals 13 by thermocompression (S104); cutting off the lead terminals 12 from the lead frame 201 along a cutting groove 120 in the resin case 10 (S105); joining the lead terminals 12 and the magnetoresistive elements 11 by thermocompression (S106); and installing a cover 15 to the resin case 10 (S107). <P>COPYRIGHT: (C)2010,JPO&amp;INPIT</p> |
