发明名称 Aeration of sludge with nozzles having specific diameter
摘要
Controlled loading of a nozzle carrier system (14), preferably nozzle carrier-gas (9) or nozzle carrier-fluid (8), into corresponding process related several nozzle element systems, preferably nozzle element-gas or nozzle element-fluid, using an upper nozzle carrier perforated plate, e.g. for activation and operation optimization of wastewater treatment process in mechanical-biological- or batch operated aeration tank (3) is claimed. The nozzle element exhibits an inner diameter for the nozzle element gas, of = 0.4 mm, for generating minimum volume gas bubbles at minimum gas pressures. Controlled loading of a nozzle carrier system (14), preferably nozzle carrier-gas (9) or nozzle carrier-fluid (8), into corresponding process related several nozzle element systems, preferably nozzle element-gas or nozzle element-fluid, using an upper nozzle carrier perforated plate, for reacting a gaseous or liquid media depending on process step, and for activation and operation optimization of wastewater treatment process in mechanical-biological- or batch operated aeration tank (3) and in method for process-dependent production of differently designed nozzle carrier systems and associated nozzle element systems, is claimed. The nozzle element exhibits an inner diameter for the nozzle element gas, of = 0.4 mm, for generating minimum volume gas bubbles at minimum gas pressures. The nozzle element exhibits an inner diameter for the nozzle element fluid, of 1-4 mm, for better dilution and volume circulation in the aeration tank, where nozzle element tip of the nozzle element-gas, for finer gas bubbles, exhibits a nozzle element point angle of = 0[deg] or optimally 60[deg] to the horizontal. The nozzle carrier-fluid is provided with a nozzle element point angle of 0[deg] for nozzle system optimization. A forced evacuation of the nozzle carrier system is carried out for forced drainage of entering wastewater, from the aeration tank. The nozzle element comprises a socket, which rests with its subsequent nozzle element inlet on a respective nozzle carrier-underground tank bottom.
